We selected the “La Macarena” variety for its outstanding characteristics. These chickpeas are significantly larger than average, making them visually impressive in any dish. More importantly, they are celebrated for being incredibly “vrastera” (easy to boil). Their thin skin allows them to cook evenly and quickly, resulting in a velvety, creamy texture that thickens soups naturally.
