PDO Certified Quality Authentic Feta must be made in specific regions of Greece using a precise ratio of sheep and goat milk. Ours is 100% organic and Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certified. It is matured traditionally in brine, which gives it a distinctively rich, slightly salty, and acidic profile that industrial copies cannot match.
