Kefalotyri Sheep Cheese Olympos 250G

Olympos Cheeses are produced in Larissa, Thessaly. Their Kefalotyri Proveio Cheese is a hard yellow salty cheese, produced with 100% sheep’s milk. Due to its hard texture, it can be used in saganaki (fried cheese) as it doesn’t melt. It is also often used grated in spaghetti or other dishes.
