What products does Unbox Greece offer?
We offer a wide range of authentic Greek products. Our selection includes Greek groceries such as olive oil, honey, and pasta; dairy products like feta cheese and Greek yogurt; traditional sweets like baklava and loukoumi; beverages including ouzo, wine, and Greek coffee; and specialty items like spices, herbs, and artisanal goods.
Are your products authentic Greek products?
Yes! All our products are sourced directly from Greece. We work with trusted Greek producers and suppliers to ensure you receive authentic, high-quality Greek products shipped directly from Athens, Greece.
How do I create an account on Unbox Greece?
Creating an account is easy! Click on the "My Account" link at the top of our website, then select "Register". Fill in your email address and create a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and checkout faster on future purchases.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account so you can easily track your orders, view your order history, and save your shipping information for faster checkout.
How do I reset my password or delete my account?
To reset your password, you can change it in your account page under the Account Details tab.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at hello@unboxgreece.com and we will process your request.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@unboxgreece.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been shipped yet.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount is €39. This ensures we can provide you with quality Greek products while maintaining efficient shipping and handling. Orders over €149 qualify for free shipping within the EU.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order details and order number.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
Do you offer gift options or gift cards?

Where can I find allergen information for products?
For allergen information about specific products, please contact us at hello@unboxgreece.com and we will reply within 24 hours with detailed allergen information for the products you're interested in.
What is your return and refund policy?
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to return:
- Email hello@unboxgreece.com with your order details
- Return the entire order in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We process refunds within 14 days via your original payment method
Note: Fresh or perishable items requiring controlled temperature storage cannot be returned.
