Whether you’re looking to whip up a classic Greek pastitsio, find that missing ingredient for your favourite Greek dish, or just want to explore our array of Greek products, we make it easy. With just a click, we’ll deliver these tastes of Greece right to your doorstep.
To create an account, please select the “Create Account” option located at the top of our website. Upon doing so, you will be prompted to enter your personal information to complete the registration process. Once registered, you will gain access to your account dashboard where you can view recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and update your password and account details as necessary. You also have the option to place orders as a guest, and while standard discounts apply to these accounts, they do not qualify for additional promotional benefits that we may offer.
You can change your order anytime before it’s shipped. Just send us an email with what you need changed. After your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any adjustments. So, if you need to make changes, make sure to contact us quickly!
Unbox Greece currently provides shipping services to select European countries as listed below. Plans are underway to expand our shipping capabilities to include global destinations in the near future.
The countries we currently ship to are: Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
Chilled products are exclusively shipped using express service. Orders containing chilled products are shipped from Monday to Wednesday to ensure delivery within 24 to 48 hours, thus avoiding any delays over the weekend. Sustainable insulation materials and ice packs are utilized to maintain the integrity of the cold chain effectively.

While we strive to minimize damage during transit, some breakages may occur. If you receive a food product that is damaged, please take photos and contact us directly at sales@unboxgreece.com. Make sure to include your order number. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently.
